Happy New Year from Dance Arts Academy!
Greetings! I hope you are having a great holiday break! Remember that dance classes resume the week of January 7th and all Nutcracker costumes can be turned in when you come to class that week. Costume deadlines approaching Spring recital costumes will be ordered next week! If you are planning to make any changes to your dance schedule- please let us know ASAP. Any changes (adding/dropping/changing classes) made after January 7th may result in costume charges that you will not use. Costume companies do not allow cancellations or returns on costumes once they have been ordered since they are made to order and can take up to four months to receive. Last chance for new registrations Since costumes are in process of being ordered, it is also the last chance for this season for new registrations in most dance classes. Registration will be closed as of February 1st. If you, or a friend are interested in joining a class- don't delay! We would love to have you start the week of January 7th! New sweatshirts now available to order Have you seen out new logo? It has made its debut on the new sweatshirts now on display in the lobby. If you would like to order one of the hoodies there is a sign up sheet at the office. They are $32 and we will turn in the order on January 14th.

nks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
