Fall is officially here and its time to be planning for holiday performances! Mark your calendars for upcoming events!


Nutcracker Ballet 2014
December 20th
Mountain View High School

All ballet classes (ages 4-up) are beginning to learn dances for our annual Nutcracker performance! The participation fee is $25 and covers a costume rental and two tickets to the show. Additional tickets may be purchased beginning two weeks prior to the show. We will also need several parent volunteers to help with various aspects of the show (costume sewing, stage set up, take down, etc.). Volunteers will have the $25 participation fee waived. A sign up form will go out later this month- watch your email! Please let your instructor know ASAP if you are unable to participate so we can make plans for costumes and choreography.

Halloween Party
October 25th
6:00-8:00

Our second annual Halloween party is approaching! This event is open to the public for all youth ages 8-up. Admission is $5.00 or $8.00 for a DAA dancer and a friend new to the studio. The party is sure to be a blast with dancing, games, food, and a costume contest!


Performance Dates
Most classes will have an opportunity to perform mid-year and class assignments will be out soon. Here is information we have so far:

Our classes have been having fun learning some dance history! The dance history topics for October are:

Ballet: Giselle
