Students interested in attending the CSI/IDAA Dance Camp this summer may apply for a scholarship by writing an essay on what dance means to them and how a scholarship would help them attend camp. The deadline to submit essays is April 6th. Here is more information about the camp:
July 17 - 22, 2016 One-Week Dance Camp July 17 - 29, 2016 Two-Week Dance Camp July 23, 2016 Just Dance for Juniors CSI/IDAA Summer Dance Camp, held on the beautiful College of Southern Idaho campus, is for intermediate- to advanced-level dancers who are twelve or older and who want a challenging and rewarding summer camp experience in dance. At the camp, students have the opportunity to create their own full schedules in a myriad of techniques. All the hard work is offset by a wide variety of evening and weekend activities and an end of camp recital! The camp offers audition-based scholarships, well- chaperoned housing & a Saturday day camp for younger dancers between 9 and 11 years old (*). Join us for one week, two weeks, or the junior day camp! (*) 11-year olds may be accepted into the regular camp for the first week only based on their maturity and dance ability with prior written approval from their dance teachers. A letter of recommendation from their teachers needs to accompany their camp registration.
