is due by the 15th of each month.

late charge will be applied to all accounts not paid by

will not be credited for missed classes.

change/cancel classes, a drop/charge form must be filled
out.
- $20.00
service charge on all returned checks.
- Classes
with less than 5 students may be cancelled.
- 10%
family discount available.
